In my 25+ year career in technology, I've learned that technology is not a real business - it's a servant to other industries. Putting a roof over my family's head is a real business. Giving me the money to buy that roof is a real business. Technology is an enabler of those businesses - it needs to make them easier, cheaper, more convenient, more compliant.
I'm passionate about working with businesses in financial services and leveraging technology with the goal of making those businesses better.
After working with the talented teams at Avoka, Temenos, Numerated along with numerous clients & partners over the past 15 years, I've learned a lot. This blog is a summary of what I've learned and continue to learn about fintech along with my opinions on emerging trends.
